The purpose of our Service is to spread knowledge, save time and effort, and assist in finding the required service at the right time.
All intellectual property rights of Linky App are reserved for ISOT. Using Linky App does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights owned by us. Our trademark and logo must not be used in a way that infringes intellectual property rights. The Linky App logo is owned by ISOT as per the trademark certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment in Saudi Arabia. Its use for commercial gain or advertisement without permission is prohibited. We adhere to intellectual property protection policies set by Apple, Google, and the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
Linky App allows you to create your personal library containing categories and links of your choice. We are not responsible for any malfunction, unavailability, or unsuitability of any link or website you add to your library. You can browse your library on Linky App and view its content.
We may revise these terms or add new provisions from time to time, but we will not diminish any rights granted to you under this policy. You should review these terms regularly. Changes will not apply retroactively, and if you do not agree with the additional or revised terms, you must stop using our service. These terms govern the relationship between ISOT and you. If you fail to adhere to these terms, the revised or additional terms, and you violate them or breach them without us taking legal action, this does not mean we waive any rights we have. If any of these terms are found unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms. You agree to comply with the regulations, laws, and policies of Apple and Google, as well as any relevant laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regarding any disputes arising from these terms, intellectual property rights, and our products. ISOT is not bound by any special obligations regarding the services offered. We do not provide any commitments about the content within our service, nor do we guarantee its availability, uninterrupted operation, or ability to meet your needs. We offer the services "as is." You must use our service in accordance with these terms, conditions, and privacy policy. If we terminate your account due to a violation of our terms, you are not permitted to create another account without our authorization.
Our service may not be used in an unethical manner, in violation of public decency, unlawfully, in a manner that damages reputation, or in a racist manner.
Through the Linky application, ISOT may provide you with access to, usage of, or interaction with third-party websites, applications, content, products, and services. We may send you notifications about the services provided through mobile notifications registered in our service. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can disable them from your mobile phone settings. We provide our service through the Linky application for an annual or semi-annual subscription, offered at a fair and affordable value for everyone. The subscription package includes unlimited access to the Linky application throughout the subscription period. Once the subscription expires without renewal, the user will no longer have access to their library within the Linky application until the subscription is renewed. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the full right to change and update the subscription package pricing at any time as determined by the application management. We also offer a refund guarantee in one specific case: if the service is disrupted and non-functional for more than five consecutive business days. Users are not entitled to request a refund of the subscription for any other reason. By accessing and registering in the application, the user explicitly agrees to the pricing and refund policy.
The management of the Linky application reserves the right to amend any provision of these terms and conditions and the privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Linky ensures that the latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on the application’s page in the electronic app store and on the website, and it shall be deemed the official version. The date of the last update will be recorded on the same page.
